TIMELINE OF THE CLAIM
From a repayment timeframe to years of waiting.
The initial investment was made through a Bitcoin (BTC) transfer, according to the supplied transaction record. Following the end of the contract, the return of the funds is sought.
In March 2022, a notice signed by Iván Sergio Arrigazzi Juárez, using the signature “Iván Arrigazzi, CEO Investfy Now”, acknowledged that the platform could not process withdrawals. It described blocked accounts on exchange platforms and efforts to obtain an investment fund and portfolio management licence in Luxembourg, with the announced involvement of Mundo Offshore. The forecast communicated at the time was to resolve the situation in April, subject to further setbacks.
The contract settlement followed. In July 2022, Investfy Now confirmed the account closure and announced a repayment process that could take up to 90 working days.
But repayment remained outstanding. In November, the company itself acknowledged that the expected timeframes were being reached and announced further delays. It stated that the capital was under control while linking repayment to registration procedures with the CSSF, Luxembourg’s financial supervisor, and the completion of anti-money-laundering courses. It offered different scenarios, but no exact payment date.
During 2023, the explanations focused on opening an account with SEBA Bank, a Swiss institution. In October, Investfy said that the process had begun in April, mentioned requirements related to FINMA, Switzerland’s financial supervisor, and stated that the account opening was being handled through a SEBA subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It also mentioned discussions with Sygnum Bank and minimum capital custody requirements.
2023 passed. On 1 February 2024, the team was still describing the SEBA account opening as pending and announcing an alternative with “Citi Bank of Luxembourg”, using the name given in its email. It then presented obtaining a Luxembourg VAT number and completing the establishment of the fund as prerequisites for releasing the capital. It again envisaged another two or three months to complete the fund and begin that process, conditional on progress with the preceding steps.
These were the explanations communicated by Investfy about the repayment process.
According to this claim, no further payments have been received after the settlement. The forecasts kept changing: account blocks, licences, courses, bank accounts and further formalities. Repayment remained awaited. Financial harm and uncertainty have extended over years.
This request is addressed to Investfy Now and Iván Sergio Arrigazzi Juárez, identified as its representative in the supplied documents: a concrete response and action on the claim for return of funds are requested.
